Hiya, my name is Chiara (chee-r-ah) , I also go by Chi (chee) .

I’m a UX/Product Designer with 8+ years of experience turning complex user needs into measurable business outcomes. At CVS Health, I led design for features that reached 2M+ daily users and increased engagement by 22%. I now mentor 50+ designers globally and focus on design strategy, accessibility, and cross-functional leadership.

I admire human behavior when it comes to their interaction with technology. Learning from people's experiences and making solutions drives me to creative intuitive experiences for people.

I lead end-to-end design strategy – from defining problem statements with stakeholders to shipping accessible, tested solutions. I prioritize work based on business value and user impact, and I’m equally comfortable in Figma as I am in roadmap planning sessions with PMs and engineering leads.

Currently exploring Senior Product Designer and Principal-level roles where I can shape product strategy, lead design initiatives, and mentor teams – ideally in e‑commerce, automotive, energy, or education.

I enjoy assisting in identifying containers and components and HTML structure; this is where my development background comes out and helps conversations with development.
